Sedbergh to Birmingham raises £5,800 for blOKes

On Sunday 27th February, 11 sixth-form students from Sedbergh School took part in the inaugural Sedbergh to Birmingham challenge, which saw the group collectively cover the staggering 154-mile journey across the Cumbrian countryside.

After some fantastic fundraising efforts and generous donations from supporters, the challenge raised £5,800 for blOKes – all of which will be used to further develop our mission to make men’s mental health support free and readily accessible to any man that needs help.

Tom Home, Founder of blOKes, said: “I can’t begin to thank the group enough for their support and determination. This incredible sum of money will genuinely make a huge difference in speeding up our planned timeline of rolling out various models of help and support for men aged 16 and over. Thank you to everyone who kindly donated and supported the group’s challenge, it means a lot.”
